Really good Dining Experience

The food at Playacar Palace was simply excellent! Every meal was delicious and the variety was impressive. I particularly loved the breakfast at the Del-Mar restaurant with a fantastic omelet station and fresh fruit. For dinner, the shabu-shabu at Momo was great, and the dessert selection was heavenly. I find myself still thinking about those desserts! We really got to indulge and everything was prepared with such a high standard. It truly elevated our stay!

Fantastic Kids Zone

During our stay, the Kids Zone was a lifesaver! My children absolutely adored it and spent hours enjoying the activities they offered. The staff, especially Xiomara and Nallely, were fantastic with the kids. They organized crafts and games that kept them entertained while I got to relax. It was such a comfort knowing my children were in such caring hands, allowing us parents to enjoy our stay too.

Relaxing Spa Experience

I had the pleasure of indulging in a spa treatment during my stay at Playacar Palace, and it was divine! The hydro-therapy area was a serene escape, and my massage left me feeling rejuvenated. The therapists were very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. After the treatment, I spent some time relaxing in the hydro-therapy pools, which was refreshing and a nice way to unwind.

Exciting Evening Entertainment

The entertainment at Playacar Palace was a highlight of our evenings! We enjoyed various shows, from traditional Mexican dances to break-dancing acts. Each night had something unique to offer. The vibrant performances really drew us in, and we found ourselves looking forward to them every day. It was a lovely way to end our days, filled with laughs and amazing performances!

I had a phenomenal stay at the resort, with beautiful surroundings and a truly welcoming vibe from the staff. The rooms were immaculate, offering a very comfortable stay, while the dining options were generally good, although I wished there were a bit more variety. The staff's attentiveness really stood out, making my experience enjoyable from start to finish. However, some maintenance issues in the rooms did detract from the overall experience.

My stay at the Playacar Palace was absolutely incredible! The service from staff members like Gaby, Isabel, and Porfirio made us feel truly special throughout our holiday. The location is perfect for exploring, as it's conveniently close to Fifth Avenue. Although the buffet could have offered a bit more variety, the food quality was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with some minor areas for improvement.
